Effective November 6, 2026. Read how the United Language Professionals Corp website handles inquiry drafts, hosting information, external email applications and privacy questions.
For website storage details, read the Cookie Notice. The confidentiality notice explains assignment boundaries, and you can contact the team with a privacy question using general context rather than sensitive records.
Privacy Notice: scope and contact
United Language Professionals Corp provides this notice to explain the website inquiry experience and the choices visitors have when contacting the interpreting team. It covers the business website, its coverage checker and its email-preparation form. It does not replace a healthcare provider’s privacy notice, a law firm’s client engagement terms or the privacy terms of an email, telephone or remote-meeting provider. Effective November 6, 2026. Questions about this notice or information you have sent can be directed to Support@unitedlanguageinterpreters.com or (678) 882-4100. Please describe a privacy question without including medical records or confidential case information.
Information entered in the inquiry form
The form asks for a name, organization, email address, requested service and appointment format. A phone number, preferred date, appointment ZIP code and scheduling notes are optional. These fields help organize a general service inquiry. A visitor can instead call or compose an email without using the form. Only enter information that is appropriate for an initial conversation about scheduling. For example, a clinic may describe a need for English–Spanish interpreting at a physical therapy visit without identifying the patient. Providing an organization contact is generally sufficient to start discussing availability and assignment requirements.

Preparing a draft is different from sending it
The website uses the information entered in the form to prepare a message addressed to the team. Selecting the email action asks the device to open an email application with a draft. The website does not submit the form to a website inquiry database or automatically send the message. The visitor reviews the draft, decides whether it is appropriate and sends it using their email provider. Closing the page or opening a draft does not confirm that the business received anything. A delivery, reply or appointment confirmation depends on the subsequent communication, rather than the website button alone.
Copying a request and managing drafts
The copy option prepares the same request text for pasting into an email. If browser clipboard access is unavailable, the website may display selectable text so the visitor can copy it manually. Clipboard contents are managed by the browser, device and any clipboard features the visitor uses. Before copying, consider whether the device is shared and whether clipboard history is enabled. An email application may automatically save or synchronize an opened draft according to its own settings. Remove unwanted drafts or copied information through those applications when appropriate. The website does not manage or delete copies stored by another application.
The coverage checker
The coverage checker compares an entered five-digit ZIP code with the business’s listed physical dispatch area. Its result describes whether the ZIP appears on that list; it does not create a location record, reserve an interpreter or determine remote-service eligibility. The current checker operates within the page and does not submit the ZIP to a scheduling database. Visitors can review the full published list instead of entering a ZIP. A postal code can still reveal approximate location when combined with other information, so appointment inquiries should use the organization’s service location rather than an unnecessary residential address.
Information received after you contact the team
If you send an email or speak with the team by phone, the information shared in that communication may be used to answer your question, review the requested setting, discuss scheduling and coordinate next steps. A message may include information beyond the form fields if you choose to add it in your email application. Please review the complete message and any automatically attached signature before sending. Do not attach records simply because a mailbox can accept attachments. Documents needed for a confirmed assignment require a separate discussion about purpose, appropriate recipients and an appropriate method of exchange.
Technical information and website hosting
Loading a website involves requests between a device and hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, requested address, request time, browser characteristics and security events to deliver and protect the site. Those technical operations are separate from the form’s email-draft function. This notice does not promise a particular hosting log retention period or represent that the business controls every infrastructure record. The public website is delivered through InterServer shared hosting. Visitors can read the service pages without signing in or creating a website account. The inquiry form prepares a draft in an external email application and does not request a hosting password, email password or account authentication details.
Cookies, fonts and optional tracking
The website code does not add advertising pixels, visitor analytics, marketing cookies or external font requests. Fonts used by the site are served with its own assets. Hosting infrastructure may use cookies or comparable mechanisms for delivery, security or authenticated access. The absence of advertising scripts does not mean that a hosting provider processes no technical information. The Cookie Notice explains these distinctions and the effect of browser controls. If website features change, the relevant notices should be reviewed to reflect the actual implementation rather than relying on this description of the present release.

Healthcare and case information
The initial inquiry channel is intended for general coordination. Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, medical records, immigration documents, confidential case narratives or financial account information. Interpreting assignments may later involve confidential information, but a public contact page is not the process for exchanging it. Before sharing such material, the requesting organization and team need to establish what is necessary, who needs access and how it will be handled. Any applicable confidentiality or business associate arrangements must be reviewed for the actual engagement; this website does not establish those arrangements by itself.
Sharing and independent service providers
Email delivery, telephone communications, website hosting and an agreed remote-meeting platform can involve independent providers. Their involvement follows from the communication method selected and does not make them parties to an interpreter booking. Review their notices when deciding how to communicate. This website does not include an advertising-audience integration or a form feature that sells inquiry fields. That implementation statement should not be read as a broad representation about every provider’s separate business practices. If an organization needs restrictions on subcontractors, recipients or information handling, raise those requirements before any confidential assignment information is exchanged.
Retention and deletion questions
The website form does not create a stored inquiry account that a visitor can later open or delete. Copies sent through email, voicemail, hosting records or an agreed service workflow may have different retention needs. No fixed deletion deadline or universal retention period is stated here because those arrangements have not been established through the website. You can contact the team to ask about information you provided and request correction or deletion where appropriate. Explain which communication is involved and provide enough context to locate it, while avoiding another unnecessary copy of sensitive records. Applicable obligations may affect the response to a request.
Access and correction requests
If a name, organization contact, appointment date or other scheduling detail you sent is incorrect, contact the team with the correction. A message correction does not necessarily change a separately confirmed booking unless the revised arrangements are explicitly acknowledged. For a request concerning someone else’s information, explain your role and authority without sending identity documents through the initial inquiry. Additional verification may be needed before information can be discussed. This notice does not create a new self-service privacy portal or promise that every request can be fulfilled through email alone. The team can discuss the appropriate next step for the particular question.
Security choices visitors can make
Use a device and account you are permitted to use for professional inquiries. Review recipients and attachments before sending, and avoid including unnecessary personal details in the subject line. On a shared device, close unfinished drafts and sign out of the email application when appropriate. If a message appears to request a password, payment credential or confidential record unexpectedly, verify the request through a known contact method before responding. These practical precautions do not replace an organization’s own information-security procedures. This website does not make an absolute security guarantee or claim a particular security certification for a mailbox or remote platform.
Children, representatives and third-party information
The website is directed to adults and organizations arranging professional language services. It is not a place for children to submit health or identity information. An adult coordinating an appointment for another person should share only scheduling information they are authorized to provide. Being able to enter someone’s details into a form does not establish permission to disclose them. Questions about a minor’s appointment, a patient representative or an attorney’s client may require the relevant organization’s own procedures. Describe the general coordination need first and ask how any necessary information should be exchanged before sending it.
External applications and information outside this notice
Telephone and email links may open applications that are installed on a device or configured in a browser. Those applications can keep call history, contact suggestions, drafts or sent messages under their own settings. A remote appointment, if arranged, may take place on a separately selected platform with its own access and information practices. This notice describes the website’s role rather than all of those independent systems. Questions about a provider’s own account records or cookies may need to be addressed to that provider. Information about a clinical encounter or legal file should also be directed to the responsible professional organization.
Changes, questions and service coordination
As website functions or business workflows change, this notice may need revision. The effective date helps visitors identify the version they are reviewing. A new feature should be assessed for its own data collection and communication effects before information is entered. If this notice does not answer your question, contact United Language Professionals Corp using the email address or phone number above and describe the issue in general terms. Privacy questions are separate from appointment confirmation. Continue to confirm interpreter availability, assignment requirements and any necessary confidentiality arrangements directly with the team before relying on a service request.
