Find practical answers about English–Spanish medical and legal interpreting, physical dispatch, remote appointments and the first service inquiry.

These answers explain the services described on this website. For a particular appointment, discuss availability and requirements directly with our team. Explore our services, review the dispatch coverage list and prepare a request when you know the setting and schedule.
Which languages does your team support?
This website describes English–Spanish interpreting. Include the language pair and the direction of the conversation in your inquiry. Do not assume that another language is available because a meeting is remote or an organization has multiple language needs. Ask the team to review the exact request before scheduling.
What is the difference between interpreting and translation?
Interpreting supports spoken communication during an appointment or conversation. Written translation concerns text such as a document or instruction sheet. If you need both, describe each scope separately. A booking for spoken interpreting does not automatically include written translation or a certification for documents.
Can we request an interpreter for a clinic appointment?
Yes, contact the team to discuss medical interpreting. Identify the clinical setting, date, expected duration and appointment ZIP code or remote format. Keep the initial request focused on logistics. Availability and any facility-specific requirements must be reviewed before an appointment is confirmed.
Which legal settings can we discuss with your team?
Our service audiences include personal injury, immigration and workers’ compensation law firms, along with deposition and court reporting companies. Tell us whether the appointment is a consultation, intake meeting, preparation session or formal proceeding. Any court, agency or credential requirement must be checked for that specific assignment.
How can we check in-person dispatch coverage?
Use the coverage checker and the published list of 19 ZIP codes. Enter the ZIP where the appointment will take place, rather than a billing address. A covered result identifies the listed dispatch area; it does not confirm a person’s availability or complete a booking. Contact the team to coordinate the date and scope.
Does remote interpreting depend on the dispatch ZIP list?
The published ZIP list describes physical personnel dispatch. Telehealth and other remote requests are reviewed separately for scheduling, platform suitability and assignment requirements. Describe the intended session format to the team. Remote service is arranged in advance and is not an instant connection provided by this website.
What should we include in a first request?
Share your organization, a contact person, the English–Spanish language need, appointment setting, preferred date and estimated duration. Add the location ZIP or remote format. Mention any onboarding or qualification requirement without attaching confidential materials. The team can discuss what additional coordination is needed after reviewing the basic request.
Should we send medical records or case documents?
Please leave sensitive records out of the initial inquiry. Patient identifiers, diagnoses, confidential client statements and case files are unnecessary for a general scheduling discussion. If an engagement requires confidential information, an appropriate exchange process and any applicable arrangements need to be reviewed separately with the requesting organization.
Are all legal assignments handled by court-certified interpreters?
No blanket court-certification claim is made. The relevant court, agency or organizer may set requirements for a particular assignment. Identify those requirements before booking so suitability can be reviewed. Marco’s stated medical interpreter training does not establish court certification or eligibility for every proceeding.
Can an interpreter explain a diagnosis or recommend a legal strategy?
An interpreter supports the exchange between participants. Clinical explanations, diagnoses and treatment decisions remain with healthcare professionals; legal advice remains with the attorney. Patients and clients should direct professional questions to the responsible person through the interpreted conversation rather than asking the interpreter for independent advice.
Does the request form send an appointment automatically?
No. It prepares an email draft in your own email application. Review the draft and send it there, or use the copy option to prepare an email yourself. Completing the fields does not submit information to a website booking database and does not confirm an interpreter. Arrangements require a response and explicit confirmation.
Where can we find prices or cancellation terms?
The website does not publish a fee schedule or establish cancellation terms. Discuss applicable pricing, timing and service conditions directly with the team before confirming an engagement. If a request changes, explain the revised location, date, format or scope so any effect on the arrangement can be reviewed.
Can we request a series of recurring appointments?
Yes, describe the proposed series with dates, expected lengths and the location or format of each visit. Identify tentative times rather than presenting them as settled bookings. The team reviews the requested arrangements; a recurring schedule does not automatically reserve every future appointment or guarantee the same interpreter for the whole series.
What if the location or purpose changes after our inquiry?
Contact the team with the revised logistics before relying on a different arrangement. A move to another facility, a change from remote to in person or a new proceeding type can affect the scope and requirements. A previous conversation about availability should not be assumed to confirm the revised appointment automatically.
Does spoken interpreting include reporting or recording?
Interpreting, recording, transcription and court reporting are separate tasks. Describe the language-support role you need and identify whether a meeting is recorded as part of the assignment requirements. Do not assume the interpreting business supplies a reporter, produces a transcript or authorizes recording simply because remote or legal interpreting is discussed.
